Yep, that's right folks snow! What a great day Monday was! 3-4 inches of beautiful thick flakes cascading down on palm trees and cacti! Thanks to the McMillans for making the trek out to Summerlin. It was a blast!
Good thing we had some winter gear from Chicago. Not very water proof though.
Only in Vegas can you build a Polynesian Snowman. (Yes that's palm bark!)

Very cool! I bet Vegas hasn't had that much snow in years! When you said it was snowing I didn't imagine you would get that much and that it would stick around long enough to play in. Looks like fun!
When I heard snow in Vegas, I thought.. thank goodness that you were just in Chicago and bought some warm clothes. Very cool. Unfortunately Chicago is expected to get 12 inches of snow today. It should make a white Christmas
It's really been coming down here...and I just saw on the news about Vegas....how fun!
Have you gone to the casinos to check out all the christmas stuff? (there was a show on the travel channel about it...it looked pretty cool.)
