REMISSION!!!
Dr. Bernstein just called and said, "Her day 14 bone marrow shows her in remission. That's less than 1% in her bone marrow." Needless to say we cried tears of joy. Even Livi! She totally gets it. We don't know exactly what this means for her treatments. We'll know more tomorrow. We do know she will continue on some sort of regimen for the 2 years like planned. We just don't know how it will change, if at all.

I don't know how to happily scream congratulations through the computer, but please picture it as best you can. Prayers are mighty things, Livi, and we pray for you every day.
YEA!!!!! We are so happy for Olivia. This is the miracle that we prayed for. We love the blog. Even though you guys are far away it helps us feel close.

I was so saddened to hear the news of Olivia having leukemia. It brought back memories of Dennis's niece being diagnosed with it at the same age as Olivia. But miracles do happen. Deverey is now 27 and a mommy of 3 little girls. How grateful anyone who knows Olivia and your family, is with the news of remission. Olivia will always be a little ray of sunshine that I will treasure from Primary days. Give her my love.

Congratulations! It was great talking with you last night. We are so glad Livi is doing so well! Isn't the remission phone call great?!!! Congratulations again! We will keep thinking of you guys and praying that Livi continues to handle everything so well.
